Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh my!

Wednesday, January 7, 2015

We read "The Berenstain Bears' Four Seasons" and "Owl Moon". We discussed the four seasons again today. Then, with "Owl Moon", we discussed the types of clothing the people were wearing and what they were looking for. We also talked about the moon in the book compared to our moon the last two nights.

We are learning about winter as a season and the things that happen during winter. We read several books about winter and hibernation today. We named all of the animals that hibernate from one book we read. We also named all of the seasons as we read "Sam's Seasons".
