We all signed in all by ourselves.

A large part of our day was spent exploring our centers. We only played in two centers on our first day. We learned all about the block center and kitchen/dress-up center. We talked about ways to play nicely and share. Then, we talked about the importance of taking care of our things and cleaning up to make our classroom look nice and neat.

We started our first day of school by reading "Pete the Cat: Too Cool for School". All of Pete's friends tried to tell him what to wear on his first day of school. He did everything he was told to do by his friends, but he was not happy. He was too hot. When Pete decided to do what he liked, then, he became "too cool for school"!!!!

Today was our first day of school. We are ready to learn and have lots of fun. Come join us on our learning safari!!!!
