We reviewed the parts of a plant and parts of a tree. Then, we painted the parts to help us remember them.

Today, we learned that you can mix yellow and red to make orange. We experimented with other colors until we figured out the right colors to mix.

We compared how tall we were as babies to how tall we are now. We grow just like trees grow.

We are learning about the letter Rr. We wrote it alone first, then used the starfall Rr to trace. Next, we went on a scavenger hunt for Rr in our room. We found so many.

We made fresh squeezed lemonade and shared it with everyone in the school. Mrs. Ross read poems about lemonade. Then we wrote the recipe for lemonade. Next we followed the steps and made our lemonade and enjoyed it with cookies from Kairi.
